Our relationship begins with the first visit, which is a very important moment for us.

Hospitality

The day of your first visit, it won’t be difficult for you to reach us; our "Red House" is easily visible from the street, whether you are from Modena or come from afar. You will be welcomed at the reception desk, where our staff can get to know you and will make you comfortable in our waiting room. Our secretaries will then invite you to fill out your medical history paperwork, which is helpful in understanding your medical history. The answers you provide will remain private and will be used by the doctor to make an overall assessment of your clinical picture and your particular needs.

Panoramic X-ray

Once you have finished filling out the paperwork, one of our assistants will accompany you to a dedicated room where we will take a panoramic X-ray. This x-ray will be useful for the doctor to assess your clinical situation in detail. In case you already have a recent panoramic X-ray (taken within the last 6 months), bring it with you so we don't have to take another one.

Follow-up visit

Now you will meet Dr. Tommaso Grandi who will personally examine you, assess your clinical situation based on the data collected, and offer you the best solution to meet your needs. Every case is different, every person has their own story. Our goal is to customize each path as much as possible by offering the right attention to each situation. We will do our best to make your experience a peaceful one, at low cost price.

Conclusion of the first visit

Once the first meeting is over, you will move to the office with Dr. Grandi and the secretary to review together the doctor's proposed treatment plan step by step. They will explain to you the number of sessions needed, the cost, and all possible payment and financing solutions. At the end of the visit, you will have all the information you need to make your decision and embark on this new path with us.
